“Hi, I have bought 2 model ships off you over 10 years ago and only building the 2nd one now (HMS Unicorn 1790) after looking at the box for years. I have ordered a couple of times a few small items that were missing out of the box that would fit in an envelope with a stamp on it but the freight is always $12.50?? I am very happy with your service and your vast selection of ship modeling parts. Regards Ian Bushell”

“All parts ordered arrive fairly quick considering they came from Austrailer and Modelers Central does have a reason number of parts available. The items were individually packaged and in good condition. However, email coorespondence from various gmail accounts proved unsatisfactory.”

“Actually it’s hard to tell at this point. I ordered as set of plans but they are not in stock- due in May… but you did very promptly write me that they were on back order”

“My dealing with Modlers Central so far has been good. Helpful and considerate. Good quality products at a reasonable price. My only disattisfaction, is shipping rates. $22CDN for a couple of small items that would fit into an envelope and costing a few dollars. A $2.75 item becomes almost $25. A $40 set of plans in an envelope becames a $62 purchase. It does of course mean that it's worth waiting six months to accumulate enough small needs to make $22 worthwhile. I do understand that this is probably not all Modelers Central's fault, but it does nudge a buyer towards other sources.”
