“Shipping is a nightmare. High cost. Took over a month to take delivery. I get items from China quicker and cheaper shipping. Now I have to travel to the US Post Office to sign for the package. What a hassle.”

“Order was packaged well and shipped very quickly, even with international order. Very happy with this retailer, and will definitely be coming back for future purchases. Australian post is very efficient. As soon as USPS took it over things slowed down considerably. Obviously nothing to do with the vendor.”

“I ordered two brass pedestals for a display stand. They were described on the website as having 5mm slots. When I got them the slots were only 4mm. I sent an email about the problem, but no reply for a few days so I sent another with a comment about customer service. They replied saying the first email went to junk mail and then a smug statement that I should file the slots out to fit the 5mm keel of my model.”

“Modelers Central, you certainly have a very good variety of spare parts, however the prices are fairly high. The other area is the delivery cost making the purchase somewhat costly. Your service is very good, and Gary has excellent knowledge with his products.”

“The product was delivered quickly (from Australia to Michigan) and as advertised. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use the first time buyer 10% discount and they didn’t apply it retroactively when I emailed them about it.”

“Super slow shipping, order was placed over 2 weeks ago and as far as I can tell, it's stuck in customs somewhere. Wouldn't have ordered at all had I known it would take so long. It wasn't clear until after checkout that the items were being shipped internationally. It hasn't arrived yet.”

“I made an order on 4-12-23 for some wood planks. It is now 4-30-23 and the package has not been delivered. Tracking indicates that the package has just left Australia. Yet your website indicates "fast delivery to the United States." 18 days and counting is not fast delivery. COVID is over.”
