“Ordering online was easy. Communications were good,they got back to me quickly about my question regarding one item and they said when the order was on it's way. It arrived when they said it would. All products I had were from the black iron range and all are well made and work well.”

“We were struggling to find small knobs for some bespoke kitchen drawers when we came upon this site. They had exactly what we wanted, and at a fair price. Ordered them in the afternoon and they arrived in the post next morning. Can't ask for better service than that!”

“Delighted with the equisite cupboard knobs that arrived so promptly. We were looking for something other than the ugly array of metal handles and knobs available for wardrobes, and found the classy pomegranate glass ones exactly right for the 17th century interior of this building. They also happened to go with some wonderful, antique engravings our client had of pomegranates!”

“I bought Pumpkin style glass sprung door knobs for the four new loft extension fire doors in my 1930s house. The rest of the house has original glass door knobs, The knobs arrived after 24 hours and are just what I wanted. The joiner fitting them says they are the very best quality and I am very pleased with them. I have matching cupboard knobs for the Eaves Access Doors, the fitted wardrobe and the handmade bathroom cupboards as well..”

“We already had crackle glazed handles on 3 of our top floor doors so on replacing a fourth door and it's ironmongery it was natural to come back to more handles as they looked after us so well first time around. This time was no different handles arrived well packed next day. Highly recommend.”

“Two brass cabin hooks, all as described, but for some reason only came with 4 screws each instead of the 8 needed to fix both the hook & eye. Fortunately I had some suitable screws in stock, so didn't bother going back to them. Delivery quick & efficient.”

“I have only bought 1 handle (so far) but all 3 telephone conversations I have been helped and advised on every query. Everyone that answers the phone seems to know every product inside out & all have been friendly & professional. Delivery of product next morning before breakfast is unbelievably good. Totally recommend. Brillant.”
