“It was an obscure handle fitting attachment for a bedroom closet that had broken. After a bit of research online found it here. Was able to 'chat' with rep. and he suggested a more local source to speed the delivery time. Handle now fixed and womanfolk happy!”

“Original handles ordered were out of stock so chose alternative handles. One pair that came were the original style ordered so had to get them replaced but have to say the customer service was excellent.”

“Excellent service with quick despatch. Unfortunately they used DPD for delivery. Do I really believe they tried three times to deliver before succeeding on the fourth. I think not. Still, DPD - Dreadful Parcel Delivery, you have been warned. However, the handles were worth waiting for.”
