“I sent More Handles a query about the availability of some handles during the COVID crisis. They got back to me in a timely manner and then delivered quickly once I placed the order.”

“We've placed an order for a 5 x 'Heritage Brass D Type Cabinet Handles in Antique Brass' on the 21st of April. Today is 15 of June, but we haven't received any handles yet. I've tried to call and email MORE HANDLES LTD dozen of times with no response. I understand that under the current situation deliveries can be late or delayed badly, but I would expect at least an email update or a phone call explaining what is going on with our order. Very very frustrating.”
