“Recently ordered some hand forged screws and one of them was a blank.i emailed the customer services dept and within 2 days I received a replacement screw and 2 spare screws also. A☆☆☆ great service.”

“You can tell more about a company and service when there is a problem and how it's dealt with, so 5+ stars here. I had a problem with the door bolts that matched the handles I bought, but it was dealt with so well and promptly that you can be confident in buying things through More Handles.”

“Was searching for the cup handles and came across this company, they had best prices from all websites. I ordered over 30, some were out of stock which I wasn't aware of and when 3rd day came and I still have not received any notification about the delivery date, I rang up and lady on the phone said they would have them in 2 days however she would post whatever they had and send the rest in 2 days. She didn't cause any issues, was very pleasant and extremal helpful, would use this company again for sure- I have already recommended them to my friends”

“This is the second time we have used More Handles. We were only briefly in the UK and had to get our order delivered quickly. We phoned More Handles and they were more than helpful and followed up on our request and we received the handles before we left the UK. We would certainly buy handles from them again as they had the biggest selection of Architectural handles and the service was great. Well done!”
