“Unfortunately I was sent some different sized handles to the ones I had ordered. A very helpful lady advised me to keep them and I was sent the correct ones.”

“Unfortunately the handles I ordered did not fit my doors. I contacted the company and after talking to their consultants we realised that because my house was old the door were too wide/thick for their handles. I returned all of the handles and had an immediate refund.”
