“The item was marked as £6 postage. I questioned customer services with this amount and was told it was “company policy”. To my annoyance, It was then sent via regular first class post for around £2. Not ideal.”

Hi, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. Our delivery charge of £5.40 plus VAT is designed to cover the cost of postage along with the packaging and the time cost involved. We are looking to review and reduce these costs to the customer where possible, for example on larger orders above £75 inc VAT we do offer free shipping. “Ordered and delivered within 48hrs, which was pleasing. Postage was a little on the high side but it was a product & sizing that I needed and wasn't available at the usual stores.”
