“Unfortunately the company sent the incorrect length hinges. I advised them and it was dealt with professionally and promptly. Errors occur in all businesses and it is the way that they deal with them that counts. Fully recommend them. Product was excellent.”

“A lovely product, a solid object that looks and feels the part, as I only needed two I could afford to spend a little more, but.so glad I did. Joined who made unit, was also struck by solid design. Delivery and packaging all good.”

“Speedy delivery, perfectly packed. Very attractive item (and as shown on the website). Good value for money. Should look lovely on our garden wall. The only slight negative is that the label advised treating with a product such as Plasti Kote to help weatherproof it. As it was sold for outdoors it would have been better if it had already been weatherproof. Otherwise excellent. Very pleased with the item and the experience with the company.”

“Really happy with our door handles. Just had custom made wardrobes in my son's room and he is cricket mad, so these cricket ball door handles were just the perfect dressing to the room. They did take slightly longer to arrive than specified on the website and order confirmation but they were worth the wait.”

“I had to wait a long time for the handles to arrive due to COVID-19. The company stated on their website that there would be a delay, and so it was not a problem. The door handles arrived and I’m very pleased. They are as described and look to be of good quality and very durable. I haven’t put them on the wardrobe doors yet, but I’m sure they will be fine.”

“I did a lot of research and price comparison before ordering. The handles are excellent, stylish, good quality and heavy. The price was also really good. Only downside was that 1 handle in the order wasn't in stock (6 week wait) but Morehandles didn’t advise me until I rang to query non receipt of order and only then did they agree to immediately post the rest of the order and send the 1 handle separately.”

“Excellent company with a vast selection products and enthusiastic support service team; prices are exceptional as is the quality of the products they supplied. I have to say, delivery was a little on the slow side, (two weeks), but perhaps this is to be expected under current Covid-19 circumstances. An exchange was also required, not due to faulty goods, rather because a different model was required, yet this was simple to execute and fulfilled promptly without any glitches. So overall I can definitely recommend More Handles as a very good company to purchase online products.”

“The More Handles web site is very good and the range is excellent. The items I chose arrived after a reasonable time. They was well packed and the product exceeded my expectations. In fact the handles and knobs, made by Crofts and Assinder, looked absolutely superb and as good as some Armac Martin handles and knobs that I have recently bought for my new kitchen.”
