“I had ordered a Head Phone and I was told that I'll receive it at home, if not in 24 hours, then for sure within 48 hours. Yet it has gone 10 days and I've received nothing till now. Long weekend has started so one can imagine how delayed service it is.”

“As online sales go, this one was excellent. The product itself was a pleasant surprise and functions very well. It was easy to configure and very easy to use. “Although I have encountered issues with ETA and deliveries, I find MYITHUB one of the rare cases where they care about customers. My order took over a month instead of 2 days so I cannot give a 5-star rating. We all know that sometimes things may be missed or are out of our control, so all we ask as customers, is for the retailer to assume responsibility and deliver, and MYITHUB does deliver.”
