“I made an online purchase. Waited for two weeks, heard nothing. So decided to look or the invoice, which turns out I never received. I then tried to contact them about this issue, to this they responded that their online system didn't communicate with their warehouse. Hence the item never shipped. Once they knew about my order, I received it within 2 days. Thankfully. I would recommend buying from this business, but ensure you get shipping confirmation and/or call them to confirm your order.”

“Parcel arrived quickly and in good condition. Had to hard connect the wifi router to connect to network as refused to connect to Netcomm master unit and the identical sister units. Working well now. Would recommend MYITHUB for gear.”

“Good service, would like to see orders actioned and shipped on the same day if possible when ordered before 12 p.m. I would appreciate an express shipping option as my router died and I needed a replacement fast. I had to wait a week from when I placed my order to when I received my order.”

“I ordered a product online on a Friday night at 9.30 Perth time, it arrived Monday morning Perth time. There was a small issue with the product and they rectified it no questions asked and I am more than happy to recommend and buy from them online in the future. Super happy with how they handled this.”
