“Efficient turn around time from ordering to delivery. Good communication process from confirming order through to delivery day and time. Packaging of item was a little squashed however product isnt damaged and i pressume this isnt the stores fault either but rather the postal process that caused the packaging squash.”

Could easily have pushed under locked gate out of reach. Wasn't informed product was arriving on the day so gate was left locked for security reasons.
