“To start the order sat packed for 48hrs waiting to be posted, wasn't until I was going to cancel the order that the parcel got dispatched. Then the parcel arrived I good time but the parcel looked like it was just sealed with normal tape and looked like it had been opened. Not happy!”
“While the item was satisfactory the delivery of it was poor, I paid for express delivery but it took 4 days instead of next day. Apparently it came to my local area in SA but then it was sent to QLD and then back to SA. Not very happy.”

Thanks so much for this review of Australia Post. We'd encourage you to provide feedback to them directly as we do not own or operate Australia Post. Unfortunately these days Express Post is not "next day delivery." We've also forwarded your comments on Australia Post to our Australia Post account manager. We're happy that the product we provided you was to your liking however!

Thank you so much for taking the time to make this review. Unforunately it looks like Australia Post has let you down here. Like all online retailers, we have no power of their crazy antics. While we send complaint after complaint, the best thing you can do is also send them an email about this case.
I'm sorry about the Australia Post issue again :-(
