“Never an issue with the customer service or products from Naughty Boy but the postage is another story. Only option is express yet thanks to the unreliable Aust Post, it’s certainly not express post. I would like for future purchases to have a choice of free regular post because $12 for what is meant to be express is a joke”
“The speed at which the item was delivered was great however the amount of emails and texts about how the item was inching closer to being delivered was totally excessive. The product itself also has a small flaw but that’s no fault of NB.”
