“Everything was perfect, the only thing I found was not good was the option to select standard delivery, I had no other option but to select express delivery and pay the extra $10, I didn’t need this and was happy to wait for standard delivery even if it took a bit longer, I feel like a have been ripped off $10.”

However... it is VERY confusing to receive the same invoice for the same item TWICE via two separate emails, causing confusion and implying that the order was inadvertently placed twice by the customer.”
