Thanks for this general feedback mate. We really appreciate it. We made this "move" 5 years ago which has resulted in thousands of new products flooding onto our site, which our customers are LOVING!
However you are totally right. We need to do a better job of showing you how many parcels you're going to get, so you can decide what you'd like to do before spending your hard earned cash on Australia Post.
Speaking of this, we can see your last order was dispatched about 40 minutes after you paid for it and delivered to you today. I guess still not good enough though :-(
We can see you've made 19 orders with us over many years mate so thanks for sticking with us as we evolve and grow.

At Naughty Boy, we're trying to give Aussie blokes the widest possible selection of products possible (even the freaky ones we wouldn't usually range ourselves!) This means some items will ship from different locations. Your order turned out to be extremely unlucky (5 items from 4 different warehouses!!). “Why does my product seal appear to be open? but there doesn't seem to be any signs of use, do you think they accidentally scratched it during delivery? I had to go to the Post Office to receive it, which didn't feel private at all. But it still arrived fully as I ordered.”

The products you've ordered ship from our official warehouse location in Sydney. There is no chance at all this is a used item. I would agree with you, the product seal may have been scratched slightly during the shipping process from Japan to Australia to the warehouse and then your house. Picking something up from the post office is perhaps the most private solution on offer, as only you can collect the parcel. We don't want anyone's order laying on their doorstep or in a letterbox for anyone to pick up!
