“very help full service, fast delivery, but your computer system was out of sync in house with the info i was viewing on your website the previous night, only because i informed and assisted the store manager and did not leave when he said we dont have that item did we save the day and i got what i required.”

“Ordered our washing machine on Tuesday and delivery was Thursday morning. Can't ask for better service.The men took the front door off to get it in and then put it back on again for us. Left us feeling glad we'd chosen you.”

“Excellent customer service and attention when I visited the store. I ordered am AEG induction hob and given a very competitive price. Initially I was informed that appliance was thought to be then unavailable on the date it was due to arrive and I needed it to be on site for the kitchen fitter. Staff at NE appliances followed up on the problem and made sure it was obtained and delivered on time - in fact a day early! I am learning my way around the hob but seems to be great so far and looks very sleek! Very pleased with my purchase and the service from NE appliances - recommend them as a place to go when looking at replacing appliances.”

“My old machine broke Friday, ordered with NE on Saturday for Tuesday ’am’ delivery 👌🏻 had email confirmation on Sunday. Delivery day got a call at 8 am to say delivery between 9 and 11 am. Andy and Terry arrived just before 10am. Fitted the new machine including refitting the door to the front as it was integral to the units and took the old machine away. Checked new machine working and left area very tidy. I couldn’t fault NE from start to finish and they were the fastest delivery date offered and very competitively priced. Not many places tick every box with a first class service and will definitely come back for an integral fridge freezer when mine goes bang 🙂👌🏻”
