Delivery men quickly disappeared leaving the freezer still wrapped in cardboad and did not fit castors to the underside. As my wife and are in our mid80s this was a little thoughtless. The chest freezer itself is OK

Not too bad, but delivery was booked for Thursday so I was home waiting for it and then on Thursday I had a call asking when I wanted my delivery and it wasn't delivered until the following week.

The staff at the showroom were great and very helpful. Fitting went ok but product had slight damage and finish of fitting not perfect also scuffs were left on the wall.

This was an opportunity to impress a new customer but failed to deliver on the correct day and no communication. Had to ring to query it. Delivered 2 days later. Price good and everyone I saw/spoke to was helpful and courteous though.

The salesperson was very helpful, but the availability of the preferred type of fridge freezer ( narrow width & 50/50 ) we required was disheartening, to say the least when we had to purchase a different finish and ratio!

There was a lack of communication when you had problems delivering on the original agreed day. A phone call or email would have been appreciated,instead l had to phone you to find out what was happening.Very pleased with the freezer that came 4 days later

Amica Electric cooker ordered having been shown on website as in stock but was subsequently advised item ordered was not in stock with NE Appliances but was in stock at Amica. This resulted in an initial delay in delivery and then a further delay in delivery. Item was eventually delivered.

Hi Although this model replaces my last fridge with the same cubic capacity it doesn’t hold nearly the same quantity. This could be because there is no choice of shelf settings.

Original delivery did not happen. However was apparently a technical error that was not picked up. 2nd arranged delivery was exvellent

Delivery team were friendly enough but the appliance arrived damaged. I did request a replacement but then changed my mind and asked for a refund. They still sent out a new appliance after I’d cancelled the order & I did have chase them up for the refund.

Site showed they had stock and took my money. Turns out they didn’t have stock. That really annoys me. They did however have good comms and delivered when they said.

The fitter was in a rush and while fitting the very expensive appliance damaged it by tiping it to.one side Did not ask me to turn off the water and wetted the unit under the sink near the the pug

There was initially no dishwashers in stock for what I’d purchase online. The replacement was an incorrect type (built in, not freestanding). Customer care did remedy this and paid for fitting, they stated they’d remove all rubbish which was not done. Good customer care but appeared quite disorganised.

Cooker arrived on time, and I'm happy with it. However I'd paid for install and they took one look and said that they couldn't install as there wasn't a socket and they 'weren't electricians'. I haven't been contacted re a refund. When I finally found an electrician who was free I had to pay again, and he just cut the cable back and wired it in very simply.

Could do with a confirmation of delivery date. Also strange how Iam getting phone calls for extended warranty from a company Iv never dealt with. Please don’t sell my info!
