I paid to have it installed they just put plug in .I tried to find control panel had to phone as it was so tiny compared to book. Instructions .i tried to put Handel on had to get a neighbour to sort it as it was not explained .£20 for installation.£10 for taking wrapper off and £20 to takeaway..

Was left with stuff strewn all over the kitchen floor, dirty handprints all over the new appliance and a plastic carrier bag now stuck under the front of the machine that I cant get out.

I was disappointed that the delivery men would not take away the cardboard box and other rubish that came with it.

I am disappointed with the new world cooker, the one I wanted is out of stock so I did agree to take the replacement but I don't think it is as good as the one I wanted. Also it was delivered with no gas pipe or the electric cable also only 2 racks for the two ovens. I am not a happy lady

The product description does state that the oven only comes with 2 racks, however, as a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to supply you with some more. I have no idea about how this fridge-freezer compares to others as it was installed in a rental property, but the price was competative.

Ordering was easy, and Ophelia in Customer Services was initially helpful about modifying my first-chosen delivery date. HOWEVER what ensued was chaotic. I got a voicemail to say the fridge would arrive in the morning (I'd explicitly asked for that not to happen) ... and it didn't, though Customer Services claimed delivery had been attempted, 'when I was out' ... whereas I hadn't been out, and no such attempt had been made. Then I waited in until 5.15 pm, which was after the delivery 'window' I'd negotiated with Ophelia ... still no fridge. I left two voicemails with NE (phones unmanned, even though they don't close until 5.30). Finally the fridge arrived about 7.45 pm, delivered by the cheerful Billy. He gave me advice about setting up the fridge, which was at odds with the manufacturer's instructions ... and about how to get the worktop off, which proved inapplicable to the particular appliance. All in all, then, a pretty frustrating experience.

Great that NE Appliances had the quickest lead time for delivery out of all of the websites I checked. Marking down a couple of stars as the fitters were a little heavy-handed with the installation, causing a few knocks and scuffs to the painted cabinetry that needed further attention.

The appliances we bought seem ok , we haven't received them all yet as they are on order (12 weeks lead time), but to be honest the installation service seems to be less than satisfactory. We had problems with the fridge freezer installation (the first item to be delivered) as the installers couldn't get the doors of the cabinet closed and to make a seal, either we got a seal with a big gap where the cabinet door didn't shut or the cabinet door would shut but there was no seal to the freezer. After repeated attempts one said he thought there was damage to one of the seals of the freezer and it needed replacing. He suggested that the door probably didn't shut before he fitted the fridge/freezer (it did) and perhaps we should leave it with the door not closing properly (we declined) he then said he would order a new seal to be fitted and it would probably take about five days, this was on the 8th October (we are still waiting). To be honest we have looked at the seal, it looks ok but on putting a spirit level against the fridge/freezer it doesn't look as though it is placed in the cabinet level.

Sales service on 10/08/21 was helpful and efficient (I believe it was Jess) - thanks. But I was not happy with the delivery and installation. I explained I needed an afternoon delivery 12-4pm (wife has MS and in the morning there are caring issues). They turned up around 10.30am! I paid to have the old one removed. They took it away carelessly leaving a trail of water which I had to clear up. It was only after I asked that the person installing said I needed to put in dishwasher salt. I'm amazed that having paid £264.00 you can't supply a bag of salt. This is not the service I would want to rely on - remember I'm a carer who needs to attend to my wife. I know it's only water but I paid for a service as I thought it would make it simpler/more convenient for me. Lastly, there's a dent on the door - see attached photo! (which was pointed out by my son)
