Despite ordering a fridge freezer weeks before it was required, I was told the item would not be delivered on time due to the manufacturer letting them down. I was given another date of 4 days later only to receive a call telling me that an alternative model was on offer which was better than the one I ordered. Obviously without checking the spec. I found after delivery that this item was discontinued and despite it being an upgrade, I have lost out on room inside the unit. Disappointed.

The ordering process was easy and the person I spoke with was very helpful when making the final selection (a fridge/freezer). Would have been 5***** if I hadn't to chase for delivery information.

Very good service. Walked into the bristol branch to be greeted by a very friendly operative. She walked me through the options for the hob that I wanted and immediately set to work on ordering the correct model. This was delivered quickly and efficiently and the old one removed. Perfect service throughout.

Great selection. Competitive prices. Very helpful customer services and incredibly quick delivery. Didn’t get the whole 5 stats because the payment system didn’t work but the efficient cusyeomer services team quickly sorted it out over the phone.

Needs to improve on style abit basic looking, also would be better if the clock section was a white light not orange, but does the job fine

You delivered a Hotpoint dishwasher. It did not operate so you came back and installed it , It now appears to work.

Great service as I could buy the integrated appliance and get it fitted, all with one company without having to disconnect my current appliance, which is unusual. They also took the old appliance away. I didn't need to wait very long for an appointment either which was brilliant considering my washing machine had broken. Would definitely use again.

On line process indicated items were in stock but were not actually available for collection when I tried. Therefore ordered for delivery, kept informed from start to finish by very polite and friendly staff. Have yet to install the items but very pleased with the service. Would definitely use again.

Our experience of NE has been very good. We have spoken to several of the staff members who have all been helpful polite and patient. One staff member, Ophelia, gave me so much time and care and patience when I enquired about several items that we ended up buying all the rest of our appliances from NE. The only criticism is that on a few occasions we have been promised follow up phone calls which didn't actually happen and this caused us some frustrations and delays when trying to manage our kitchen project. I assume this is because staff are kept very busy dealing with calls, so my suggestion is that instead of, or as well as, promising follow up calls, staff tell customers to ring back to check on progress. I would much rather be told to ring on Monday afternoon than be promised a call on Monday which then never materialises.
