“I was pleased with my all my appliance but was disappointed with dishwasher as it was a lot deeper than my last one so sticks out a lot and if it moves can't get washing machine door opened”

“Started well. Ordered 2 ovens, fridge, hob and freezer on 9th Nov with delivery agreed for 1st week December. NE took payment straight away (£3,700!!). 5th Dec told me fridge and freezer would be delivered to NE on 7th, oven in stock and no date for second oven and hob. Blamed Neff but John Lewis and most on line retailers had stock of both. I cancelled the oven but kept hob on order because it was a very good price. Saga continued for 2 weeks with various conversations with NE saying they were chasing the Neff rep but no progress. After 2 weeks I gave up and bought on line with free next day delivery. Thing is NE sold this to me for £409 when everyone else wanted £489/£499. Although NE denied it I think they stalled because they were not prepared to sell it at £409 and just held out until I went elsewhere. Gave 4 Star because when I cancelled oven and hob the refunds were done same day.”

“Staff, installers, very pleasant and helpful. Some hiccup with delivery and installers not co ordinating very well, and still waiting for a door kit to arrive for dishwasher and be installed after first one was not correct part. But overall quite pleased with service.”

“The machine you supplied was, to all intents, identical to the one you took away except for updated finishes on switches, etc, so there are few comparisons to comment on. The delivery was efficient; the installation was equally so and the installers occupied very little time in the house. What more can I say?”

“An excellent little fridge, but suggest design fault in that it has a deep groove on the top for ease of opening....but is also tricky to keep clean....a magnet for coffee grounds and crumbs.”

“Everything was fine apart from a mixup over am or pm delivery. Ne answers the phone promptly, excellent, and fitters were fast and efficient. Price very competitive.”
