So far I am satisfied with oven Was disappointed that my original oven was out of stock, although the website indicated it was in stock. This meant I was without a oven for a few more weeks. You did however offer me a alternative oven at the same price. Although delivery was delayed by a couple of hours, which I only found out by calling in, it went smoothly.

All the staff from the showroom to the delivery crew were friendly and professional and a joy to deal with, even though there had been a delay in the delivery of one of the items which could not be located in the warehouse which caused the delay, however, we were adequately reimbursed for our trouble. They have a lovely well-equipped showroom and the staff has very good product knowledge, no high pressure selling just an easy transaction.

Found NE Appliances online search made telephone call about Quooker Taps . They gave me good information about the product and a good price. When I was ready to purchase contacted them and bought the item. I was told it will take 10 days to deliver. To the day it was delivered. Good service.

We Needed a new Built In Washing Machine to replace an old and Failing Bosch Unit. Went to the NE showroom and found the staff very Helpful as we had a few questions regarding fitment and Machine Dimensions. We were then offered a Price Match to similar Models at Currys and AO and were very Happy to negotiate on very friendly terms Free Delivery in Three Days. Altogether a very stress free purchase.

Sales staff very helpful, quick booking and delivery. Few niggles with communication, delivery team early without warning. Asked to show full operation, but put it on washing cycle that didnt drain, whoops, easily solved with helpful service team.

The Caple fridge freezer is much quieter and more energy efficient than our old unit. The vegetable compartment is generous, but overall it is a little smaller than our old unit. Would recommend this unit. In addition, the iNE nstallers were very fast and efficient.

Good experience overall but installer was running late and seemed in a huge rush. I would have preferred the installation to have been done at a much steadier pace.

I found the process of both purchasing and the delivery of item easy and straight forward, although the delivery date was changed twice, on both occasions I had an immediate update, apology, and understandable explanation. All in all a sound experience. Price was also competitive.

Found the service very good. Office staff kept in touch regarding the progress of my order as there were problems getting appliance from Hotpoint. Only minus - charged £10 for unpacking and this never happened. Very disappointed with that.

They didnt get the appliance in on time & were about 3wks late with delivery. BUT they did refund me the £20 delivery costs. Very frndly on the fone & the same with the delivery chaps.

A bit disappointed having had an excellent previous purchase experience. On this occasion an in stock item turned out to have a 2 week delivery yet the money for the item was taken on the day of ordering. It was difficult to get information regarding when delivery would be made since it depended upon when stock was received from the manufacturer. The delivery guys were excellent.

Had a delivery issue due to your suppliers letting you down but eventually all sorted by Adam. I am very pleased with my new Hotpoint cooker and would despite the delay still recommend NE for quality of products.
