Purchased a new hob for tenants. NE Appliances kept me informed of the installation time and date and the tenants are happy.

We bought this sink and taps because it was good value and just what we wanted. The service we received from ne appliances was excellent. However, when we came to fit the sink and plumbing was missing. We assumed it was in the box the sink came in. ne appliances delivered it the next day. So, beware, look out for the drainage kit when the sink is delivered - don’t assume it’s in the box!

It was all quite smooth but not sure if your delivery men have had proper training with Fischer Paykel fridge freezers and there were some issues which were swiftly dealt with.

Hotpoint dual fuel cooker, all OK at the moment. They(Hotpoint) could put a roasting tray in, would be good.

All aspects of the service were good apart from the delivery team not knowing they were due to install the appliance. In fairness to them, however, they did install the appliance based on our contention we had ordered installation.

Great communication. Had supply problems on the dryer I ordered, but they provided an alternative more expensive alternative at no extra cost. They had to move the delivery day by 48 hours, but this was no issue for me.

Service in the showroom was good, although we did have to wait 3 months for our freezer to be delivered due to supply issues. We requested that the door hinges be moved to the opposite side of the freezer for which we paid £50. When the freezer arrived, the door had not already been changed and the delivery men had to do this. I was a bit dismayed to see that they laid the freezer on its back to do this, although I assumed this was what was necessary. Half way through the change they discovered they didn't have the correct tool to complete the job and had to leave the freezer on its back while they went and bought a new tool. They arrived back after a short time and completed the job. Having then read the manual that came with the freezer, it said that the door should be changed in the upright position. It seems to be working alright but I was concerned that this had happened.

The service was good and delivery men curteous and did their job quickly and took away all the rubbish. I didn't rate ne appliances 5 stars as I apid an extra £20 for delivery between 9am and 11am and they arrived an hour late.

First tumble drier was damaged when unpacked by delivery men had to make a different choice as original was out of stock. Re delivered following week. Delivery people were very helpful and called before delivery.
