“Good experience from nailsea electrical, not so good from the fitters! Appliances fitted ok, 2 months later received a bill for £139, the fitter should of told and shown me on the day that extra parts were required, nothing was said!”

“The staff were helpful & very knowledgeable on all the products they had in store which was really useful in choosing the right appliance. They support NHS staff with discounts which was also great. Overall I was pleased with the experience & will certainly shop there again.”

“Delivery was the problem. The delivery was not scheduled when agreed. Then the drawer was damaged as the oven was tipped up on its end and not kept upright as diagram showed on the packaging resulting in the damage. I felt it was rushed. Ilve sorted the damage for me.”

“The staff at Nailsea Electrical are both helpful and courteous it helped me make my purchase with confidence that I was making the right choice. When my kitchen needed to be measured for the correct units to be ordered this was done with care, and the gentleman who came to do this was prompt and efficient. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend Nailsea Electrical to my friends ( in fact I already have).”

“Very easy to order on the web sit. Easy ways to pay. Friendly service , and friendly phone call to confirm Delivery Date. Fast Delivery , did not have to wait for long. Delivery could be and should be improved on ,, as my cooker was delivered with a dent on the side. I do believe it made it all the way to my door step safe and sound , But as they unpacked the cooker this is when it got the dent. As unpacked out doors”

“Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Delivery was at the time we asked. A missing part of our delivery was expedited once it was recognised. We have used these guys for all our electrical goods for the past 10 years and will certainly continue to do so”

“Really good products at good prices. Delivery was a bit disappointing. I was told it would be first delivery but didn't come until 5pm. Also special delivery instructions not conveyed to delivery people, despite having highlighted these.”

“Competent people work here:- they have good knowledge and suggestions to help customers find what they want. The staff are friendly and cheerful and work well together as a team. The attention to one way walking is an attention to COVID risks and works very well. We are delighted with our self- defrosting under the counter freezer!”
