“I am very happy with the Neff products that I recently purchased From NE Appliances. Some initial problems with the Hob, as delivered from the manufacturer, were resolved by NE quickly and satisfactorily.”

“Made to feel welcome on visiting showroom. Shown many options on appliances looking for. Home delivery was as arranged & nothing too much trouble for delivery team. Would recommend NE to friends.”

“Generally good. Nice professional service on the phone. You need to re confirm delivery a few days before. Also you said the delivery guys would text us but in fact they phone. That’s fine if you have the phone near you. The two delivery guys who came to bring the fridge really put in an amazing effort to see that appliance was level. Attention to smallist detail is how you build a great company”

“Good customer service indeed. They called me right after I made my purchase online for my new electric cooker to confirm the order and inform me of when it will be delivered. The only mishap was the original delivery had a packaging issue so they had to re-issue me a new model and rearranged the delivery date. But when it was delivered, the guys did a great professional job, they came on time and fitted in the cooker perfectly, as well as taking my cooker for recycling. Everything I paid for was up to total satisfaction. I'd recommend them for sure.”

“Fridge freezer purchased and has finally been delivered but I waited 4 weeks 😫. The delivery dates were moved forward several times due to logistical circumstances 😢”

“NE appliances have the most helpful staff whether in store or on the telephone, they really go the extra mile to make sure you get the best service. The staff in store were knowledgeable about their products when we were looking for a new freezer. It would be helpful if the items marked "in stock" meant they were available for delivery rather than they are with the supplier, we had quite a wait for the supplier to deliver to NE but that wasn't NE's fault.”

“Good budget frost free F/F Deluvered on time and with care, paid for install and disposal of original FF and packaging (amputee so this made such a difference) Ongoing issue with dent in fridge door yet to be fully resolved.”

“Overall I strongly recommend ne appliances and I’ll definitely choose them next time. It was not their fault that I chose a fitted oven that did not fit the space. We had a bit of a problem reordering but in the end we had excellent customer service and the issue was fully resolved.”

“Ordered a Quooker Boiling Water Tap and accessories. Ne Appliances offered the best deal I could find. After a poor start with delivery delayed and then delivered to wrong address with item missing, Sam was tenacious at sorting things out. Now installed and working well.”
