Hi ordering the appliance was okay but the delivery experience was not good the delivery driver called me to let me know that they will deliver the item from 9 am to 1000am .they arrived at 0915 and called me to say that they were outside after a few minutes he calls me again to say why I haven’t come out of my house to receive the delivery.it has never happened before that the delivery driver can’t wait for the owner of the house more than 1 minute to open the door.very unprofessional. I would have to think twice before ordering from ur company as I have 15 properties and I am always ordering appliances

Received washing machine a week ago. After using a few times it is showing an error code. I have tried ringing but can’t speak to anyone. Have left a message and no response. This was not what I was promised when purchasing.

The people who came to fit my new integrated fridge found when they were about to leave that they had failed to attach the handle to the fridge door in two places (although it was properly attached to the cabinet door when they arrived). They were about to leave with the handle dangling and claimed (despite my telling them this was not so) that the handle had not been properly attached when they arrived. I said they couldn't leave it like this and they looked around, found the screw that they had dropped, took the door off re-fitted the door and handle to the fridge and all was well. So, the result was fine, but the speed at which they were working (also fine in itself) led them to be careless about looking after the screws they were removing - and then to 'head for the door' while taking no responsibility for what turned out to be their error, without seeing that I had a proper functioning fridge, seemed to me discourteous and perhaps a system error if you are encouraging your fitters to work at such speed that errors and discourteous service become more likely. Apart from that, straightforward.

Order a tumble dryer with a right hand hinged door and choose my delivery date. Expected to receive a call, text or email on the dsy to confirm the time no such luck I rang late morning to be promised a call back- did not happen. I then received a voicemail to say the item would be delivered between time- nope! I rang back to ask again and the delivery came within 10 minutes- a left handed hinged door.

Larder Fridge. I was assured that the item would be a FRIDGEDAIR. It is not. The external dimensions are correct but internally space is much reduced.....there being NO NARROW shelves.....as in the Fridgedair nor allowance for wine bottles to stand other than on the door, this adds undue weight. The shelves of the door are difficult to remove for cleaning and do not provide grids for eggs or small items. Installation Good apart form the fact that the lead is too short and must be dealt with at my own expense. Product discription should give CUBIC CAPACITY. I am very disappointed with this product and the lack of a clear diagram of dimensions which do not equate with the assurances I received when ordering by telephone. We ordered a fridge freezer for vulnerable, elderly parents and paid extra to ensure delivery would be on a certain date during a certain time. It did not arrive. Attempts to contact ne appliances by telephone and by email were not answered. While the fridge freezer has now arrived, and is totally satisfactory, better customer service and communication was expected.

The aeg tumble dryer model I bought is no good, whatever setting you use it leaves items slightly damp when finished,,meaning that we have to run it again until dry. Not happy with it at all.

Well, considering that I've never purchased anything from ne, I am not impressed. Just had my washing machine delivered and one side was completely dented in the front. Funny thing is, this is the second delivery because the first machine delivered last week was also dented in the front. How bizarre. What are the chances for that happening twice. So I guess someone decided it was okay to repackage the same machine and just have it redelivered. I am dispappointed and probably woudn't purchase from the company again or recommend them if this happens the third time. Somebody should please get this right. The delivery guys have the pictures.

Both washing machines delivered were damaged which is very rare, but unfortunately on occasions does happen during transit from the manufacturers to us. As a gesture of goodwill, we have installed the damaged washing machine so that you don't go without one whilst we source another machine. You have since spoken to our Customer Service Manager and asked to change the washing machine you originally chose which we have agreed to. Apologies once again for the inconvenience caused. I ordered a cooker from NE on 15th November. I could have gotten it elsewhere for the same price but chose NE as their website said it was in stock. It wasn't. I received a phone call that day to say there was a lead time of 1 week on the cooker. That was actually OK as I wasn't moving into my new house until 4th December. A week went by and I phoned for an update. Someone said they would phone the manufacturer and phone me back. They didn't. I rang again the next day and again the person I spoke to said they would phone me back and didn't. I rang for the third day in a row and was told that the cooker would be delivered to them on the 3rd and they would get it out to me asap as the new house had no cooker. I phoned on the 3rd and asked for an update. They were still expecting the cooker that day but couldn't deliver to me until the 9th. I explained my situation and the man I spoke to said he would speak to his logistics manager and call me back. He didn't. I phoned again on the 6th to confirm they had actually received it on the 3rd and they had. The delivery date was still set at the 9th though. Then I gave up and just waited for it to arrive. The cooker itself seems ok so far but I haven't really tested it fully yet. The experience with NE wasn't great though and I would probably not use them again.

The new fridge/freezer was delivered on time; the two chaps took out the old unit, removed all external packing from the new one and brought it in. They did some adjustment to the right front leg, plugged it in and left it standing out of its recess so I could access the switch. I was told not to switch it until 4 hours later. When I pushed it back into its recess I found that it was leaning back. I managed to correct this by putting a sheet of 5mm hardboard with a chamferred front edge across the back of the recess. I feel the £30 charge for expert installation is a bit steep!. I was unable to put pics on this message Steve Bott

I ordered a Hotpoint UH8F1C Freezer, it arrived seriously damaged with broken packaging and upon unpacking found a large dent in the door. After sending pictures of the damage NE said they would supply a replacement and I am still waiting to hear when . . . .

Quality of fitting was poor. The product (cooker hood) was damaged, i have asked for compensation. This has not been followed up, hence poor customer response.
