“I bought a fridge-freezer for a first floor flat from NE Appliances. Their sales staff were very helpful via email in providing information about when my chosen model would be in stock, and confirming that they would deliver to above the ground floor. Their delivery staff were quick and handled the stairs fine. All excellent service.”
