“I have worked with NE Appliances for about 7 years now and they have always been competitive, helpful and professional, having spent 30 years working in the Bristol area I recently moved to Cumbria and I have just had a kitchen installed through their sister company 102 Kitchens and brought all the appliances through NE - all delivered and installed on the agreed date - can't rate the team highly enough”

“Just wanted to say thank you again for the courteous and professional attitude of everyone I have interacted with from the initial purchase to the delivery. Great service! I was kept up to date with regular intervals during the process, from getting the item in stock -this particular freezer seems to be sold out in most of the country but they were able to get one. A happy customer will buy again if needed”

“The appliance from ne was not the cheapest but, it was in stock and delivered the next day! They also took the old appliance away (for a small fee). Overall, we were happy with the service the company supplied.”

“Great service from NE appliances. I ordered my dishwasher online on a Sunday. On Monday I had a courtesy call from them thanking me for my order and letting me know it was ready for delivery the next day. On the day of delivery, I had a call again narrowing the delivery time down to a 2 hour slot. Two gentlemen arrived within the time slot and were very efficient at removing our old dishwasher and fitting our new one. They were very friendly and were not perturbed by our labrador who wanted to help out. I would definitely use NE appliances again.”
