“I spoke to 2 different staff members - they were both really helpful and super-friendly making the whole process a breeze. They were also willing to price-match other online retailers although, in the end, theirs was the cheapest price anyway. Would certainly use them again.”

“We looked on your website at appliances and prices and then visited the store. Your salesman found the items and told us when they could be delivered. One immediately, the other in 3 to 4 weeks but we could work round that, so agreed and paid. First item was delivered 2 days later with a very helpful driver. We are still awaiting the last item, both with free delivery. Excellent service!”

“Bought on Wednesday . Thursday delivered old washer out new one in 25 minutes the two men who came were really good and helpful would recommend to everyone.plus my grandson is 16 and plays for Bristol Bear which was a added bonus when the van turned up.”

“Ordered new integrated washing machine 30th December and it was installed on the first working day in January. I did not choose a time slot but was contacted on the day to give me a rough idea of delivery time. It was installed with care, the door being well lined up and the machine was started on a test wash and all checked for leaks before the men left. Very satisfied.”
