“Received appliance in timescale provided - appliance arrived damaged, however NE were very prompt with their help and was sorted immediately. Would recommend 👍”

“Excellent installation, on time, they phoned first, no mess, works (the ovens anyway - I haven't used the hob at all yet. I reckon you can't get a lot better.”

“Web site showed blue fridge in stock when it wasn’t. Telephone call from you next day to adviseEnded up with cream fridge which is ok but not first choice. Delivery very efficient.”

“Your salesman Adrian was very helpful unfortunately we had a problem with the door handle on the fridge a new one was sent out to us the freezer has a problem with the door a engineer has come out and said he needs to order new parts the hotpoint oven has a problem with the door have arranged for a engineer to come are we happy no”

“Customer Service very good. There was a blip with our original delivery date which was sorted quickly. Communication on the day of delivery couldn't be faulted. Installation of integrated dishwasher excellent as was removal and recycling of our old appliance. The price of the appliance and installation and removal charges were again excellent”
