Appliance was supposed to be new but arrived wrapped only in bubble wrap, and was damaged (dented and paint scraped off on door). Emailed within 30 minutes of delivery and no response so far, 3 days later

I am still waiting for the receipt to be sent to me regarding the delivery date. I emailed the company for the recipts for the two appliances I purchased from NE and they have not replied. The warranty people told me I need to have the N E receipt as proof of purchase. Please can you ask them to fascilitate this outstanding matter. Thank you.

Incorrect product advice and careless installation left me without a hob for a week. Good effort from telephone staff but manager most unhelpful

Delivered on wrong day, I lost half a days pay. After the washing machine was installed, I had to call to request the delivery guys come back, the machine was leaking, not plumbed in correctly. Won’t be using NEAppliances again.

The short story for my 1 star is the £400 freezer i ordered arrived with all the packaging broken, dents to the side and front. Ive sent off 2 emails and had no reply supplying photos etc to prove my point, as yet no reply.. ok this was only a week ago but id expect an answer by now..

We were pleased that the tumble dryer was delivered last week; but on opening the packaging today the appliance inside was found to be damaged, and looks as though something very heavy has been placed on top to buckle the lid. We have photos of the damage and have contacted yiur customer service dept. We await anxiously for further communication and a replacement to be delivered ASAP.
