“A big thank you to Samantha and the staff at NE appliances who sourced and delivered the range cooker and hood we had given up hope of getting during these challenging supply times. Excellent customer service, Samantha was knowledgeable about the products and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to NE Appliances we have a range cooker and hood in time for christmas in our new kitchen extension.”

“I thoroughly recommend ne appliances. My elderly cooker packed up a few days before I was having friends for a meal. I was struggling to find a new electric 50cm wide freestanding white cooker that could be delivered in less than three weeks. It was my lucky day when I discovered ne appliances. From the moment I rang and spoke with Ophelia, who was friendly, helpful and and very professional, I felt confident that I was going to get the cooker I needed in time to cook for my friends. Two days after the order my cooker was delivered and installed by two helpful gentleman who rang in the morning to tell me approximately what time they would arrive. They checked the cooker was working and explained everything I needed to know. Excellent service. I have already recommended the company to friends.”

“Very impressed from the initial enquiry which with the help of the lady (Laura/Lauren?), we bought both a fridge freezer and a tumble dryer based on her knowledge and recommendation. These were standby items as he have a new 2021 kitchen so we’re not seeking super quality but reliable and effective appliances.She was most helpful, the sale was easy and d3livery quickly completed. I will certainly use you again!!”
