“This is one of those reviews that I just had to write….. Shopping at nest has been utterly genuinely brilliant and I’m beyond happy. I truly believe that any purchase made especially furniture can be quite hazardous in getting it right, especially when your ordering things you haven’t been able to see or try in person That’s when your most in need of a person or persons to help you get that right and I won the jackpot in getting Ashlee Pendleton and Becky based at nest in Sheffield. From first ordering with Ashlee over these many months I’ve had the privilege of their time, knowledge, understanding, patience, care and attention to detail each and every step of the way from ordering to delivery. There’s not one negative thing I could say and Without a shadow of a doubt it’s been one of the best and most enjoyable shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Spending money on purchases should be a pleasure but without great customer it can be a costly and disappointing mistake that’s not easy to put right. Without the likes of Ashlee and Beckie this furniture journey would not of been ablaze in such fun, friendship and happy furniture memories. Every piece I’ve bought is simply stunning and the craftsmanship is beyond apparent and beautiful I couldn’t be happier. Nest I feel is extremely fair with their pricing and they’re always generous with discounts, offers etc where possible. The delivery was flawless from booking to receiving and great care and attention was given when bringing into my home. I wouldn’t hesitate in buying from nest again So THANKYOU Ashlee, Becky and Nest for helping me bring furniture life into what was once a very empty home. Smiles aplenty…..”

“I found Nest helpful, welcoming and able to make the furniture buying process easier. Working with Ashlee in the showroom, I was able to add some great garden furniture and a pair of classic lounge chairs to my living room. Delivery was on schedule and furniture arrived in perfect condition. Whilst the showroom doesn't hold their entire wide range of furniture, it's an interesting space with a good cross section of products on display.”

“Ashlee was and continues to be a great advisor. She has excellent understanding of what i am after and always offers a few options (not too many, prioritised). It has helped immensely. Nest in general have a great collection -and i have most of my furniture ordered through them. Ashlee always goes above and beyond and has creative solutions to deliver everything on time. “Amazing customer service from start to finish! I ordered 2 chairs on a Bank Holiday weekend but made an error with the delivery address. As the delivery was time critical, I rang on the Tuesday to correct the error and to check whether the chairs could be delivered by the following weekend. The customer service team and warehouse team were amazing - the chairs arrived within 24 hours of my phonecall at the standard delivery charge. I'm way beyond impressed with the service - would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you for your help!”
