“Response is slow. Have to send multiple emails and FB message before a reply came in to my inbox. Delivery service via DHL is horrible. Arrived hours later after my 2 phone calls to customer service.”

“The only reason is you shipping cost sucks paid more for that than the actual item which is crazy next time I'm gone find somewhere else or not get them at all. You need to have free shipping option somehow like other companies.”

We offer expedited shipping from Japan and in your case, your order was delivered in two days from Japan to the USA with FedEx. We charge shipping at cost and the amount is always clearly shown before you made the payment. In your case, as your order was for 8 USD, the shipping cost was indeed more than the order.
