“I have ordered two Darker table tennis blades from Nishohi. My last purchase was a hard-to-find Darker 7P-2A carbon blade. In both cases I received excellent pre-sale service, including weight selection and handle descriptions. Shipment was prompt; the blade was protected with padding, manufacturer's box, an external box, and shipping envelope. Three days from order to front porch delivery in the US. Nishohi has a great selection of table tennis gear and provides amazing customer service. Many thanks.”

“This company is stellar. Excellent experience. First time using them. Worried about international shipping time and ability to use customer service with questions. I bought the blade, great selection of hard to find items in US. Immediate order info sent. Cpl days and shipping notice, arrived next day. Had an issue with the blade. Contacted and their response was right away, friendly, willing to help. Most impressed by them wanting to find the core issue and investigate, and offer me options to solve. We went back and forth and they gave me great information on the issue. We came to a resolution. Professional and responsive. Can’t find service like that often nowadays. So refreshing. Great company and I would not hesitate to purchase with them again.”
