“Had a seamless transaction with Nishohi. After submitting my order, I realized I made an error on the type of hoop. I emailed Nishohi right away and they responded and fixed it on their end very quickly. Delivery to Canada was fast too. Items were all packaged nicely. Thank you Nishohi!”

“The shipping was fast, and although the prices are high, my daughter loves the design of the ribbons and other items we purchased. However, it feels a bit uncomfortable that we had to pay for shipping after spending over $200, unlike other U.S. retailers”
