Hi, thank you very much for your feedback and order. We send an email after we receive your order to confirm it, then we send another email once it is shipped, with the tracking number so you can follow the delivery at any time. If you have not received the email, please do check your spam as emails sometimes land in there. All the best, Taku

“We purchased a Sasaki Gymnastic ball in Champagne Gold for my daughter and this is her second Sasaki ball she has. Sasaki is a very nice brand, price is higher than some other general brands but of course quality is guaranteed. She very likes it. Even we have paid $33 shipping fee from Japan to Vancouver Canada but the overall we paid compared to purchase a ball at our local store we need to pay is still cheaper anyways.”
