Very disappointed in the cancellation policy. I reserved a room for a family reunion in June of this year and I canceled the reservation in person to the front desk. I noticed while I was there for the weekend my account was charged $258.18 so I spoke to the clerk about it and they refunded me back within 2 days. Well just a few days ago August 26, 2025 they charged my account again with the same amount. When I called and spoke the manager she claims the account manager says that can't refund me my money after checking and seeing that they charged me and refunded me back in June. Very disappointed.. Never stayed in the hotel for the reunion and being charged!! Bunch of bull...

I got scammed by Nite Crawler reservationist. I repeatedly told “Ashton” that I needed wheelchair access. More than once he put me on hold so he could call the property/hotel see if they could accommodate my requests. The hotel claimed my booking didn’t include wheelchair or anything except a king bed The manager yelled at me & said it was my fault. They said if I took another room the first night, they would move me to wheelchair room the 2nd day. I asked for the new offer in writing. The request infuriated the manager & that’s when she began the demeaning yelling through the lobby office window at me seated in my wheelchair. The first night in the new room I killed a bug climbing up the wall behind the bed & saw 2 of the same kind dead on the floor beside the bed. I made a Do Not Disturb sign for my door which had been removed when I went out the next day. The room is a long way from the hotel entrance & was difficult getting to the front for pickup & when I came back my card key didn’t work which I had personally seen multiple guests ask for help with whenever passing through the Lobby. I called after the cleaning woman kindly opened my door & was told they would bring me a new one 5 hours ago. The email description of my room wasn’t correct in actuality. Including no where to hang my clothes. The person who cleaned my room didn’t clean the bathroom sink & replaced my towels but not my washcloths. I want to report Nite Crawlers & Hometown Inn both to the BBB.

I had categorically told the booking agent that I need a room WITH BREAKFAST and also PARKING. A hotel was chosen for me and I was told the Grand Total with all included will be CAD 813/- for the two nights. Upon asking him specifically to make sure Parking was included in this I found out there was no parking included. And that there is going to be an app CAD 90 additional per night for parking which was very disappointing but i reluctantly agreed. But it didn't end there. After paying when I got a booking confirmation I found there is no breakfast included and not only that but that there is an app CAD 127 resort fee which I was not told about so instead of CAD 813 that I was told the total is CAD 940. And 813 is charged to me and the 127 I have to pay on arrival and all this I found after paying 813. I think this is very unfair because I have to pay 940 instead of 813 and also pay app 200 for parking and then also look around the area for a place for breakfast and waste time as well as pay for that as well. So I will end up with a cost of app 1200 for 2 nights which is almost 50% more than what I was originally told my total was ie 813 all inclusive. Now if I cancel, I will pay CAD 18 cancellation fee (and I obviously have to pay international call charges for a 1 hour 7 minutes call that i made for this). I am very unhappy about the matter and feel that at least the resort fee should be absorbed in the CAD 813/- as we neither have the time nor interest to spend time in the hotel other than for going to sleep in the room for the two nights. The resort fee i am told is for the various amenities ie pool, gym etc which we don't have time for. Wrote a long story to warn you about Nightcrawler and suggest you don't book through them as they appear to be sneeky and deliberately mislead people and at the booking stage just push people to quickly book hurriedly and repeat the booking details extremely fast so you don't understand fully what is included and what is not. Just beware !

They booked me into a wrong hotel in a completely different state and that was after being on the phone with them an hour

Made a mistake on dates scheduled. 1 minute later I called them. They say not refundable. Will call to see if it can be moved. 1 hour later still waiting for a call. They pretend they are the hotel. They are not

Rate was way higher than actually going through the hotel. Will never ever fall for this again.

Very rude people will never deal with them there website made a mistake but they won't fix it or refund it
