CN3, didn’t find the person that helpful and didn’t put me at easy about the claim I had to make. Thought only comment I got was someone would be in contact in the next few days, didn’t feel reassured or supported by driving insurance company today

I am not computer savvy I find trying to contact you extremely difficult it would be very helpful to actual speak to an advisor in person . I actual didn’t want to continue with your company on my renew date because of this but unfortunately I’m in the middle of a in going claim otherwise I would have used someone who I can speak with for assistance

Not happy at all when one all pick up my vehicle both of my day running lights was working. Since they have brought it back only one is working now. Now I've got to pay to get it repaired.which I'm not to happy about. Plus they left one of my wheel nuts off it was the locking nut I found it in the side pocket of my car. So I've been driving around just with 3 wheel nuts I'm definitely not to happy it's so unprofessional and sloppy. I'm going to take this further and need answers please this is not on i except when my vehicle goes in for repair I don't expect it to come back broken and wheel nuts missing.

Have now been waiting over 6 weeks for claim to be settled, disgraceful service!! & no updates in mean time. Trying to find a no or chat line to ask for updates , nearly impossible. Today MP5 was helpful. 1star is 1 to many!

We have had to explain three times that we cannot give an exact address as to where the vehicle will be for pick up or drop off as my wife works at various locations in a day also we have given my wife’s telephone number three times and three times we have been told that my number is the only one that is on the system. Very very poor to say the least.

Very disappointed with today's phone call.i registered my claim 28 April.now I'm told they cannot continue with it.they have to give it to some.other company to deal with.i spoke onthe 6th of may and was expecting a call to book in on 8th or 9th ?today the.7th I was.tpld they cannot do anything for.me.ill have.to wait 2/3 days.for.some one else.to call Then I get a tx with a phone.number for.me to contact them?service not so good very annoying that I will have to start.againand change my plans

CA4 was very polite and helpful today. She did everything she could to process my claim, but I was disappointed that it may take some days to be reviewed as I am under time pressure to return the contract hire car and need the process to be as quick as possible in order to get the car repaired and returned to the dealer. Regarding Claim NSS6/YGPC0012950/01 One call service is close to none existent. I can not call anyone as their is no phone number for existing claims or direct email. When someone did call me back and left a message04/05/25 @ 2.45pm , it was so broken that I could not understand it and then I received an email with a link that did not work. I made an online chat over a week last week and the person sent me a phone number to ring which was the same service that will not discuss existing claims. P.S. I have up loaded all documents Yoga portal, but have not received any acknowledgement that they have been received or if anything else was required, Regards, David Winterbottom 07773 11 00 27
