Not a good experience. So long winded, complicated and time consuming. A claim process that is not fit for purpose, hours spent trying to resolve a ‘no fault’ claim. Been advised that that we failed to disclose information on renewal when no fault claim was submitted a week after renewal submitted! Advised that we were entitled to a hire car, then told we were not!

Contact was polite but promised to call me back to advise on hire car allocation and she did not. I’m calling daily to try and get a car hire!

I had a call today with GD2 shout my claim, the lady was very helpful but I am very frustrated by the process of getting my car repaired after the initial contact with your call centre. I had to make further contact with you to see how my claim was progressing! I had to then find out that I just had to book the repair with you but I was the one doing all the chasing. I would appreciate a call from Yoga insurance to discuss my claim. Not happy at all with the claims process.

Call handler was good. However, service to date since claim has been rather haphazard. Was originally told car was being collected Monday and being taken to OM Centre in Southend and hire car arranged. Subsequently got a call only today to say that was now cancelled. It was then passed through to third party, Auxillis. But I later found out that the person earlier instructing them made a mistake and sent through the request to them for a hire car only and not for my car to be actually repaired. Had to speak to One Call again, and Auxillis, several times in fact, including having to go through the whole accident events as well. All in all I have spent over two hours on the phone sorting this out today alone, along with an hour and a half on Tuesday when the accident happened, all for a no fault claim! Not impressed with One Call at all!

First agent couldn’t answer my query and seemed more interested in requesting I complete a survey. Transferred me to someone in Engineers department that didn’t turn up. Back to the start…
