I thought I had standard car recovery but at 06.30 Friday 30th May I needed to use service but instead on going though app it said I didn’t have cover. But my cover included a breakdown/recovery service. So had to call an independent company which cost me £150….

Agent HW8 was very helpful and tried to sort out the issue. The first agent i contacted at approx 16:34 didn't request a recovery vehicle, she eventually, after many irrelevant questions and several times on hold, passed me on to another agent who asked me several of the same questions and said she would arrange a recovery vehicle. That call with the 2 agents lasted 54 minutes. Having heard nothing i called and spoke to Harvey HW8, at 18:31. Harvey HW8 did exactly as he said he would and I just received a message from the recovery company saying they would be with me at 21:28. That is 5 hrs from reporting it. Not what I would call good service. My policy is up next month. I don't think I will be renewing it.

I had to wait ages to h be transferred between operators and you get asked all the same questions twice which is annoying. You operators did the job though

So employee hw6 handled my complaint. He was professional and took all info in a timely manor, basically his client hit my ramps on my wheelchair accessable van and drove off leaving me stuck inside my van... After contacting the police and an independant company to track down the person that drove off, i didn't wanna go through my insurance company as my premiums go up whether I'm at fault or not. But after speaking to one call I've been informed that they will only sort out their clients car and if I wish to claim I have to go through my insurance anyway because due to data protection they can't give me their details and they can't give her mine. Also they won't contact me to let me know what's happening as I'm not their client... So all in all got to go through insurance and. My premiums go up and so does everyone else's as that's how insurance companies work. So. Annoyed, nearly as much as I am that she drove off. No easy solution.

I found the online procedure of reporting the claim very stressful, uploading images of my car (so many were required) & all the additional info, VIN no, V5 etc. However, talking (yay) with the company, the very helpful gentleman, his ref was AC3, was so much easier once they had received the necessary info. You just cant beat talking to an actual human being.

The claim was handled simply & efficiently. However the length of time that we had to wait from removing the car to returning was ridiculous for the amount of damage. The car sat waiting in their car park for 6/7 weeks even though the garage had the parts. The response was we are very busy.

The people handling our calls were lovely. However.... All we wanted to do was report a minor incident that we were not claiming against. In fact we were trying to protect the insurer against a fraudulent claim by the other party. I'm now flooded with emails wanting more info, diagrams, V 5 and a note saying you will contact them! This is contrary to my wishes and is an invitation to claim if you do. If so, you are not acting in my or the insurers interest. I would be more than happy to discuss this further.

Very polite young man. Unfortunately was on phone for 1hr 20 mins. Hopefully my repair and claim will be handled successfully. Pity about time the process took.

I found it all very long winded and difficult to understand wot advisor was saying and had to keep spelling words out to her. A very difficult process indeed. Advisor was SS6. Lots of unnecessary questions and took over one hour from start to finish.

I had to wait for nearly 40 minutes for you to answer my call. 😟. What if I had children with me? Etc . Sorry, not impressed.

Completed the claim 25 March 25 Kept getting reminders to complete claim form After several call confirming the claim was compete, today I amtold the claim was just sitting in some mail box and not receiving attention Ss6 has now moved the claim on so I hope the next stage will be expedited efficiently I am concerned that the price of a replacement car is rising and the value in the claim is no longer sufficient to purchase a replacement car of the same specification

Saskia was very helpful and arranged for the return of my car, however you had had m car for 5 weeks, which we feel is an inordinate length of time. I also tried calling the number given to arrange the return and used option 2 - I was holding on for over half an hour and no-one answered. These parts of the service I found frustrating.

I had previously been very unimpressed by One Call as my own repairer had quoted around 5000 for repairs, but One Call came back to me and said they would only pay out 1250 unless I had the car repaired by their repair network. The first part of the experience was protracted as it took about a week for them to respond to any emails - I would rate that part of the response as 1 star. I assumed they had the wrong repair quote in front of them. Eventually, they explained that they had a 'fixed price' deal with their repairer. Once I understood that, I called the repairs service and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and efficient it was compared to the 'claims' section of the company. Today I dealt with a lady called Saskia who was very friendly and helpful and explained that they had no courtesy cars available today, but they would call me tomorrow as they expected a number to come back in - I would rate her response as 5 star.
