“Have just spent time talking with Emily EB4 who helped me get my insurance started instantly and pushed through the validation checks. I was so worried it wouldn't be live and official in time for me to travel for work today, but within minutes she had managed to get it validated and confirmed for me. She allowed me to keep the chat open until the documents came through to me via email, which was greatly appreciated. Friendly and polite throughout. Best live chat experience I've had. Highly recommended”
