“Bethany (BG3) has been nothing short of fantastic this morning, I was anxious about my pay days changing due to starting a new job & me being unable to make my payment on the due date because of this but Bethany (BG3) reassured me that this wouldn’t be an issue & I could make the payment manually when the funds come in to my account (date from 28th to the last working day of each month so not too long after). Bethany (BG3) also offered me an upgrade on my breakdown & hire car cover which was explained to me very clearly & so I gladly accepted, I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I’ve received today, Bethany is the perfect example of what customer service should be like, thank you so much.”
