“BC5 Britney was quick, efficient and also informative couldn't have asked for any more help also gave added extras which I did upgrade the breakdown cover but listened to my response that I'm happy with the other elements and didn't try to push it further, as someone who worked in customer service management for a number of years where up selling was required, I think Britney gave great customer service and listened to the customer excellently today a big thumbs up and has persuaded me to now reccomend this company going forward.”
