“I dealt with KP2 regarding some minor revisions to my policy and my annual renewal. They were courteous and hlpful and sorted everything out very quickly and with the minimum of fuss.”

“TJ2 (Tara) was very helpful in helping me to login to the portal (after a text saying i had been sent login details on an email which hadn't arrived). When checking my insurance schedule it appeared one click had over charged me by £40, however TJ2 clarified i would only be charged the quoted fee (confused.com) by way of sending a quote i hadn't yet seen (might be good idea to email this to clients to save you repeating)”
