“Lauren LD7 was so helpful and knowledgeable about how to deal with my question, she waited while i got the right document so i wouldn't need to connect again and explain my issue with someone else. She explained everything so its was clear what i needed to do, and she also offered other services which were not included on my policy, but not in a pushy way, in a supportive added value way. I could not take them as i already had them as part of my bank, but if i didn't i would of bought them from her. Laurens support would make me recommend One Click to other people as the customer support is so helpful, which is really important.”
