“RB1 was great said my policy will be live in 30 mins. Don't understand when you take out a policy you have to wait 24hrs before they put it live otherwise you have to ring up as I just did”

“Very helpful and effective customer service from agent NK3. That said the entire "problem" was entirely of One Click's making, as they couldn't verify the length of my non-claim bonus. However, instead of saying they needed additional evidence for the length of NCB, they instead went straight to sending an email saying I had submitted incorrect information and would charge me over 50 pounds extra, which is ridiculous.”
