“Spoke with Kadie Tilley on the Chatline after being in a queue of 10 which cleared fairly quickly - having made the decision to look elsewhere instead of renewing my Home Contents Policy because of a price increase , she was able to secure a more than competitive price for the coming year which I very gratefully accepted! The whole process was painless, trouble free & speedy - Thanks so much Kadie, extremely pleased with the outcome ☺️”

“after over 2 hours trying to get on the chat, the agent was very efficient and helpful and i was very happy with the service they gave, just frustrated at the time spent trying to chat”

“Made contact via live chat with Ps1 following receiving a renewal quote which was slightly higher than my own research. Ps1 was able to reduce their quote to my satisfaction. Great for me the customer! Ps1 was efficient, and the matter was resolved very quickly. Thankyou.”

“Agent WP1 I have just come off a very long chat with your agent and of course, needless to say I created a lot of confusion. The agent was quick to respond, and again and again. 40 minutes later the agent untangled me without a fuss. Often these chat lines the pause between each question can take ages . So well done”

“LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 To begin with the online aspect of dealing with One Click Insurance was a little bit tricky, but once you get into the live chat things move along quite quickly. My initial contact with a lady called Stevie was very good, then I received a call from a lady called Leanne, who took me through the process of insuring both of our cars. She was so helpful and even called me back the next day to go through a number of questions that I had. Unlike dealing with many organisations these days, Leanne made me fell like a valued customer. What breath of fresh air! She has now signed us up as Platinum customer and the pricing and monthly repayment options ( with no extra charge!) she offered are the lower than the best price I could find anywhere else.”

“MB1 - very helpful - and got me a much better price with my renewal. BUT - As customers, we shouldn't have to shop around for a better price and then threaten to leave to get you to reduce your price. Loyalty counts for nothing with insurance companies!”
