“I had issue with my current policy and I had been in contact with HG1. I had multiple live chats but she remained patient, even when I was not. She sent up a new policy and had answer for everything. Her customer service and professionalism is amazing. She above and beyond.”

“SM2 was a very helpful lady. I'd had trouble logging in to my portal and she sorted it straight away. She also checked my policy and highlighted a couple of benefits that I had not taken out. All in all a great service. Thankyou”
