“I spoke to **SM5** at once click when my renewal was due as i had a lower quote from another provider, but they were extremely helpful and managed to match the quote. I was happy to stay with them so have signed for another year of contents insurance. I am a happy customer.”

“It is difficult to demonstrate number of qualifying No Claims Bonus (NCD) years when previous insurer maxes out at 9+ years. Alina was attentive and was able to review my accumulative evidence of a longer NCD to resolve the matter efficiently.”

“I spoke to NK3 asking that a breakdown policy be cancelled. She did as I requested quickly and the 4 stars are awarded for that. However, the route to try and get help to deal with this was torturous. I did not recall starting the policy in the first place, I was unable to download any documents (which backed up my thinking that I had not started one) and although I received an email from One Click stating a DD would be starting,no DD had been set up, and no money was taken. I had extreme difficulty in logging on to try and deal with the obvious administration error. Overall it took me several attemps and a couple of hours to eventually get the matter completed. I was not impressed.”
